Smartcard Manager 



As a standalone system, the user can create a database of customers holding such information as name, membership details, points and electronic purse values. Once audit information is imported from the loyalty terminal, up to date card balances and usage reports can be produced.

When used in conjunction with Ecr Manager, point of sale transaction information can be used to keep the Smartcard database up to date to show the current state of all cards in use. This information can also be used to create a Purchase History, profiling a card holder’s product preference.

Lost or stolen a cards can be hotlisted at any time to stop further usage and the remaining card balances transferred to a replacement card.

EPOS Loyalty Manager



Epos Loyalty Manager has been designed with the help and advice of caterers, publicans and retailers so that a business can run its own in-house loyalty scheme.

Loyalty Manager is a simple yet comprehensive customer loyalty management system, which is linked to SharpSoft’s Epos Manager systems and the Sharp range of PC based touch screen EPOS terminals.

Each customer is issued with their own unique loyalty card which when swiped at the point of sales retrieves their current balances from the back office computer. A PhotoID image can be associated with the customer which can be used to verify the person before any sale takes place.

Purchases can be paid for from the cash balance that is held for each of the loyalty customers, thereby eliminating the need for them to carry cash.

Point of sale information is processed in real time as and when sales take place thereby giving up to the minute and accurate reporting. The sales information is also used to create purchase histories for each customer profiling their product preferences.

Stocktaking

  • Twenty separate stocktakes can be open at any one time for each stockpoint.
  • Each new stocktake can include items from any combination of category and supplier.

  • Trading can continue while the closing stock figures are being collected and processed.
